World Commerce Online Inc. Adds Industry Professionals Win Winogrond and John R. Daniel to Management Team.

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 1999--

World Commerce Online Inc. (OTC BB:WCOL), developer of Global Commercial Networks technology for e-commerce solutions, hired Win Winogrond as Executive Vice-President of Industry Development and John R. Daniel II as Vice-President of Customer Operations.

Mr. Winogrond is formally President of Great Lakes Floral Services, Inc., a floral services provider located in Madison, WI which specializes in fund raising. Previous to that, he was President for several years of Southern Rainbow Corp., one of the largest flower growing and importing companies in North America. Mr. Winogrond spent several years on the Board of Directors of the Association of Floral Importers of Florida, two years as its President.

Prior to joining the floral industry, Mr. Winogrond spent nearly 20 years in the product industry, most of that with Dole Food Company, Inc. He served in various capacities with Dole, including several years managing tropical fruit plantations. During his last two years with Dole, he managed a Dole Fresh Vegetables Division, which built a national distribution of several products, concentrating in tomatoes. Subsequent to this position, Mr. Winogrond was Vice-President of Sales and Operations of Natural Park Produce, a national distributor of tomatoes packed under a proprietary controlled atmosphere process. Immediately prior to joining Southern Rainbow Corp., he had been President of HRW Associates Inc., a consulting company to domestic and international companies in the perishables foods industry.

Mr. Winogrond received his MBA Degree from Stanford University and his BA Degree from the University of Wisconsin, WI.

Mr. Daniel's career spans 25 years in high technology holding positions in management, technical and sales for companies such as Convex Computers, Apollo, Tandem, Data General and Honeywell Information Systems, Inc. Daniel also spent several years in the petroleum equipment industry as the former President of the Southeast United States for Omega Environmental, the largest petroleum equipment installation company in the U.S. He is also the former President of PEC Omega, one of the most profitable subsidiaries of Omega Environmental.
