VIC: Classic and vintage cars destroyed in Victorian bushfires

MELBOURNE, Feb 20 AAP - Classic and vintage car insurer Shannons says more than 100
blue-ribbon vehicles stored in properties around regional Victoria have been destroyed
by bushfires.

Shannons national auctions manager Chris Boribon says there are probably more claims
to come in and fears many more vintage vehicles were uninsured.

Among the cars lost in the fires were a 1927 Vintage Auburn, best described as an American
Rolls Royce, valued at $50,000 and a 1923 Delahaye, also worth around $50,000.
