Q. Do you see signs that the b-to-b media recession is ending?

A. Advertising is going to be about flat this year despite the fact that some people might claim it's up. ABM [American Business Media] has promised a rebound in the second half for two or three years now. It just hasn't materialized. I think in 2004 overall b-to-b spending will be up in the mid-single digits, although it will be up in certain industries more than others.
