NSW: Second plane incident in Sydney
An ultralight aircraft has made an emergency landing in south-western Sydney, justhours after a fatal light plane crash in the same region.
A police spokeswoman says the ultralight was forced down in a paddock on MontpellierDrive, The Oaks, at about 12.10pm (AEST).
The spokeswoman says the sole male occupant of the plane was not hurt.
The Australian Ultralight Federation says it understands the plane came down aftertrouble with its landing gear.
The incident follows a fatal plane crash this morning in the nearby suburb of Camden.
The female pilot died after crashing into the yard of a home next to Camden Airport.
